Straight answers.
Does anything get sent without our approval?
No. COI Autopilot drafts the certificate and notifies your team. Nothing leaves until someone on your team reviews it and clicks Approve & Send, and that approval is recorded with their name and the time.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter a card at Stripe's secure checkout. You get full access for 3 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged anything. Otherwise your monthly plan starts automatically.
Is this only for independent agencies?
No. It works for any agency or team that issues certificates: independent agencies, captive agents, brokerages, MGAs, wholesalers and in-house risk teams.
Do we need to integrate our agency management system?
No integration is required. Export your active policies to CSV from your system or carrier portal and import them. Re-import any time to update renewals, or add policies by hand.
What if our system can't export to CSV?
We'll do it for you. Request a data export, tell us which agency management system you use and whether it's web-based or a desktop program, and we'll pull your insureds and policies into COI Autopilot. It's a one-time $200 setup, and you don't pay anything until the export is complete and your book is loaded. After that, you're set.
What if the AI misreads a request?
You see the original email next to the draft, and every field can be edited before approval. If an insured cannot be matched or details are missing, the request is flagged so your team can finish it in a few clicks.
How do certificate holders receive the certificate?
Each approved certificate gets a secure, verified link. Send it by email, add extra recipients, or copy the link anywhere. You can see when it was opened and downloaded, and resend or void it at any time.
How is our data protected?
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, every agency's data is kept separate, certificates are only available to your agency members and the holders you send them to, and every request and approval is logged.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page whenever you like.
